Free tracked shipping on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched the next business day. Estimated delivery is 8–10 days after dispatch. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order through the confirmation email or by visiting your tracking page.

What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived 15 business days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@the-foldie.com.au. We’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Returns

For returns, please contact us at support@the-foldie.com.au, and we’ll be happy to assist. We do not currently offer exchanges.
